Rishi has defined and lay down the foundation of Software Architecture for Integration solutions and track & Trace portals. He has defined, designed and implemented Architecture 2.0 for enterprise java applications which needs to communicate to each other via a Service BUS in SOA implementation. Software Architecture 2.0 involves 24 VM Server's with a site flag on settings for main site and DR (Disaster Recovery site).

Rishi has worked on various integration projects as Principal Integration Consultant (Technology Advisor) and in Project Management roles.

Rishi has designed and developed integration services needed for PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) encryption of Tele2 orders while communicating with FT (France Telecom) trading partner. Another highlight/accomplishment of Rishi's work at Tele2 was implementation of SMS integration via Webmethods.

Rishi has designed java services for Emirates Telecom Direct Channel Sales Strategy (DCS)

Rishi has worked as a Senior Consultant on payments receivable model of Aceva CMS (Collection Management System)

Rishi has developed various integration services for telecom and finance clients using webmethods and TIBCO as middleware tools.

Rishi has worked as an Integration Specialist and module lead for Insurance claim Integration flow (Phase IV)
